Dear Colleagues: I hope you all enjoyed the FLC national meeting in Minneapolis as much as I did. I know that at least one of you referred to it as “the best meeting ever!” I’m hoping that our regional meeting in Nashville, October 25-27 will meet the same high standard. We are currently inviting speakers and will be finalizing the agenda shortly. I hope all of you can attend what I’m sure will be an informative meeting.
As part of the new contract, Ken has been allocated funds to support the development of partnerships between laboratories and between laboratories and other entities. If there are specific relationships that you’d like to pursue but don’t have the time to hunt down the proper phone numbers and make the initial contacts, please let Ken know. He’d be more than happy to assist in any way. Also, please be sure to send Ken opportunities, event announcements, and success stories for inclusion on the website and in the newsletter. The newsletter deadlines are the 15 th of March, June, September, and December. Items to be posted on the website can be submitted at any time. Have a great summer! Cindy
