The FLC Midwest Region was pleased to present the following awards in 2007:

• Excellence in Technology Transfer Award presented to Biomarker Discovery and Biomonitor Device Development Team, Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effectiveness Directorate.

• Excellence in Technology Transfer Award presented to NASA Glenn Research Center for work on Secure Mobile Networking for Space Communication, National Security & Commercial Products.

• Excellence in Technology Transfer Award presented to Argonne National Laboratory for work on Near Frictionless Carbon Coatings.

• Regional Coordinator's Excellence Award presented to James D. Kearns, Ph.D., Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effectiveness Directorate.

• Partnership Award presented to Air Force Research Laboratory, Human Effectiveness Directorate and the University of Cincinnati.
