I'm very excited about the way our joint meeting with the Southeast Region is shaping up! We've got just over two days of high-quality training and networking events planned for August 22-24 in Cincinnati. Early-bird registration is available through August 1, but hotel reservations must be made by July 22. The complete agenda is available online here. Midwest Region award nominations are being accepted until July 13, 2007. The nomination process is simple—a one-page form and whatever supporting information you feel necessary to explain the success to the judges. We need more judges for the Awards Committee. Judging submissions requires just a few hours of your time, so please participate! If you have events that you wish to promote or success stories that you'd like published, please submit them to Ken. The newsletter is published quarterly, and the website is updated monthly. Also, if you would like to have an FLC representative participate in your event, please let Ken know.
