Dear Colleagues: I really enjoyed the national meeting in Portland, and I hope you did, too! I'd like to congratulate Kristen and Jim on their election as Regional Coordinator and Deputy Regional Coordinator, respectively. I'm sure that they will continue to move the Region forward. Planning continues for our regional meeting August 12-14 at the Omni Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri. We'll have a welcome reception on the evening of the 12th. Training sessions and the awards luncheon will be on the 13th. On the 14th, we'll tour the Air Mobility Command-including the Tanker Airlift Control Center-and the U.S. Transportation Command Facilities at Scott Air Force Base. Registration is now open.
