| RF Alliance and NSWC Crane Sign Partnership Intermediary Agreement |
The RF Alliance, under Crane Technology Inc. (CTI), signed a Partnership Intermediary Agreement (PIA) with NSWC Crane on October 8, 2009. This PIA will facilitate the interactions between the RF Alliance and NSWC Crane by allowing the partners to share resources, including experts, equipment, facilities, and intellectual property. Larry Nash, President of CTI; Bart Lomont, State of Indiana representative; Captain Charles LaSota, Commanding Officer, NSWC Crane; Duane Embree, Technical Director, NSWC Crane; and Larry McPike, Director, RF Alliance spoke at the event. Following the ceremony, people viewed concept demonstrations of two 2009 RF Alliance projects: low temperature co-fired ceramics demonstrated by Omega Micro Technologies, Inc., and the optical A/D converter demonstrated by Poly-phase Microwave Inc. and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
